Muy interesante éste edificio. Preciosa la sala de columnas. Única! El domingo es gratis 🆓 La majestuosa arquitectura te revela lo que se cocía allí.

Maravilla del gótico civil. Es un edificio impresionante. Muy especialmente su sala de columnas con sus ocho columnas helicoidales a modo de árboles gigantes que soportan un techo con infinitas bóvedas estrelladas. Tampoco tienen desperdicio el Consulat del Mar, el patio de los naranjos...pero no se puede contar, hay que contemplarlo y sentirlo.

La Lonja de la Seda es una auténtica joya histórica en pleno corazón de València. Edificio gótico impresionante, muy bien conservado, que transmite el antiguo esplendor comercial de la ciudad. El interior, con sus altas columnas en espiral y la gran sala de contratación, impresiona nada más entrar y hace muy fácil imaginar el ambiente de mercaderes de hace siglos. La visita es relativamente corta, pero muy intensa: arquitectura espectacular, muchos detalles en piedra y un patio con naranjos que aporta calma en medio del bullicio del centro. Totalmente recomendable tanto para turistas como para valencianos, ideal combinarla con el Mercado Central de enfrente. Un lugar imprescindible si quieres entender la historia y la esencia de València.
