Can I use the audio guides without internet connection?

Yes. Once you download the audio guide to your device, you can listen to it completely offline. Ideal for saving data abroad or in areas without coverage.

What languages are the audio guides available in?

Audio guides are available in your preferred language and accent: Spanish (Spain, Argentina, Mexico), English (British, American, Australian), Portuguese (Brazil, Portugal), French (France, Quebec), German (Germany, Austria), Italian and Polish.

How long do I have access to a city after purchasing?

You have access to the city during the entire tour and up to 24 hours after completing it. This lets you re-listen to any audio guide if you want to review something.

How does the Family Pack work?

When you buy a Family Pack, you select your family members. Each one gets access from their own device and can choose their preferred language and accent. Progress syncs across everyone.

Is there content adapted for children?

Yes. Each audio guide has a version for kids (8-12 years) with shorter explanations, fun stories, curious anecdotes and a tone that keeps their attention during the visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay/Google Pay depending on your device.

Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. If you buy an audio guide and only listen to part of the content, send us a support ticket and we'll refund your money. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Does the app work on iPhone and Android?

Yes for iOS (iPhone/iPad). The Android version is in testing and will launch soon — tap the Google Play button to leave your email and we'll notify you on launch.
