Un muy buen museo, consta de varias plantas, en la de abajo esta la exposición permanente que te explica los distintos oficios de la historia y también exponen diversos objetos. Lastima que siempre que voy nunca consigo ver la sala de los metales ya expuesta. Luego en la parte superior tienen varias exposiciones temporales que también son muy interesantes. Si eres de Sevilla o vas a visitar la ciudad, este museo es una parada imprescindible.

El Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares, ubicado en el corazón del Parque de María Luisa, destaca principalmente por su impresionante exterior en el Pabellón Mudéjar de la Plaza de América. Diseñado por Aníbal González para la Exposición Iberoamericana de 1929, su fachada es un despliegue magistral de ladrillo visto, cerámica polícroma y arcos de herradura que evocan el esplendor del arte neomudéjar. Las intrincadas torres laterales y los detalles en azulejería crean un juego de luces y texturas que lo convierten en uno de los edificios más fotogénicos de Sevilla. Se integra armoniosamente en el entorno ajardinado del parque, rodeado de fuentes y estanques que realzan su majestuosidad arquitectónica. Es una obra que merece ser admirada detenidamente desde fuera, pues representa a la perfección el romanticismo y la identidad regionalista de la ciudad.

Recomendable visita, que es gratuita. Descubres un montón de objetos que reflejan nuestra evolución a lo largo de los años y no muy pasados. De hecho, en la exposición permanente de la planta -1 vimos algunos que tuvieron mis abuelos. Me gustaría regresar a ver otras exposiciones que no vimos porque cerraban en breves minutos. También suelen hacer otras demostraciones temporales sobre artes y costumbres de nuestras tierras.
