Commission and payout
Conversions are tracked by cookie for 60 days. Commissions consolidate after a 30-day grace period and are paid monthly by bank transfer.

Economic model
Revenue share on effective sales
Commission is calculated on the amount collected by Guipock, excluding indirect taxes. Specific terms (percentage, exclusivity, caps) are defined case by case based on volume and channel profile.
Monthly settlement
Sales consolidate after a 30-day grace period to absorb refunds. Approved commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer. Fiscal data (tax ID and address) is mandatory at signup.
