Las Murallas del Alcázar de Sevilla son una joya histórica impresionante. Construidas en diferentes épocas desde la dominación almohade, estas fortificaciones rodean el Real Alcázar y son un testimonio vivo de la historia defensiva de la ciudad. El paseo junto a las murallas es especialmente bello al atardecer, cuando la iluminación dorada resalta los detalles de la arquitectura medieval. Las torres y almenas están muy bien conservadas. Es impresionante caminar junto a estas murallas milenarias e imaginar su importancia estratégica. Acceso gratuito y ubicación céntrica perfecta.
Es espectacular todo el complejo del Alcázar. Imperdible. El audioguia deja bastante que desear y no está bien señalizado el recorrido. De todas maneras si están por Sevilla, no se lo pierdan.
Estan muy bien conservadas y por eso es fácil dimensionar la magnitud de esta construcción

Puerta de la Macarena
An Almohad gate refurbished in the 18th century, and one of the best preserved of its kind. Popularly known as the Arco de la Macarena, it retains the coats of arms of Spain, Seville, and the local Brotherhood.
Puerta de Córdoba
An Almoravid gateway adjoining the Church of San Hermenegildo, the finest surviving example of the Caliphate period. It retains its original configuration with an angled entrance passage.
Macarena-Córdoba Gate Section
The widest and best-preserved stretch of the city walls, featuring seven square towers and one octagonal tower. It includes the Torre Blanca and several Almohad towers.
Torre Blanca
A prominent tower located along the stretch between Macarena and Córdoba Gate, part of the best-preserved Almohad defensive system.
Postigo del Aceite
An Almohad gateway extensively restored over the centuries, famous as the historic entrance through which oil entered the city. It retains a Baroque chapel housing an image of the Immaculate Conception.
Valle Gardens Section
The second and longest preserved section of the gardens, spanning 250 metres. It remained hidden within the Valle Convent until the twentieth century.
Walls of the Alcázar
Features Roman ashlar walls that were reused, Almohad rammed earth construction, and later fortifications. These defensive structures are visible in the area around the Puerta del León and Calle Judería.
Torre de Abd el Aziz
A hexagonal tower located at the corner of Santo Tomás and Avenida Constitución, part of Seville's Almohad defensive system.
Section next to the Torre de la Plata
This section includes the beginning of the Postigo del Carbón gateway and part of the wall that connected the Torre de la Plata with the Torre del Oro. It preserves remains of a tower dating from the 11th–12th centuries.
Section of Plaza del Cabildo
A short stretch of approximately 50 metres visible from Plaza del Cabildo, featuring a tower and accessible from the rear street.
