De visita por el centro de Sevilla, y paseando por las inmediaciones de la catedral. De repente veo este edificio, del cual no sólo sorprende la edificación en su conjunto, si no, los jardines que tiene enfrente, con las fuentes. Enfrente aparcamiento de carros de caballos. No he podido visitarlo en el interior, pero el exterior merece la pena mucho.

No hay mucho que ver. Archivadores y mas archivadores. La entrada es gratuita y el edificio es muy bonito. Entiendo la importancia de lo que vi pero en 10 minutos has salido. Las vistas desde las ventanas son preciosas tambien.

Entre las murallas Real Alcázar y la Catedral de Sevilla, se encuentra este edificio que alberga las crónicas de 300 años de historia Sudamerica: el Archivo General de Indias. Un lugar tan importante que fuè declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco en 1987. Está abierto al público y es de acceso gratuito y además alberga una biblioteca, una sala de lectura y exposiciones temporales, siempre relacionadas con el Nuevo Mundo.
