El paseo desde el templo Todai-ji hasta este es impresionante. Por el camino te vas encontrando lámparas de piedra a los lados, algunas solitarias y otras en agrupaciones. Además, te vas encontrando ciervos por todo el camino lo que lo hace muy divertido. El contraste entre el rojo del santuario, el bosque y las lamparás de piedra da un escenario impresionante

Un Santuario muy representativo por su amplia coleccionar de lámparas tanto de piedra y bronce. Está relacionado al Gran Santuario de Ise.

Bonito santuario en el parque de Nara (el de los ciervos, a 60 minutos de Osaka). Merece la pena visitarlo, aunque hay que caminar badtante por dentro. Cerca esta el santuario Todai-ji, con la estatua de Budha de 15 metros, y el museo Todai-ji
