Watch Stone
A commanding 5.6-metre monolith standing outside the main Stenness circle to the north-west, clearly separate from the ceremonial ellipse of standing stones.

Central Hearth Setting
A large square stone at the heart of the Stenness circle once served as a hearth. Cremated bone, charcoal, and pottery found here point to ritual activity at the site.

Barnhouse Settlement (adjacent)
A little-known Neolithic village just over 100 metres from the Stenness stones, part of the same UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its stone-furnished houses recall those at Skara Brae.
