Spring Exhibition Hall
Sala Primavera occupies the fourth floor of Gwangju's Bium Museum and forms part of a thematic exhibition organised around the seasons. This gallery focuses on spring and showcases everyday items used by women throughout history, alongside traditional Korean embroidery (자수) work. The collection offers insight into domestic life and textile craftsmanship within Korea's seasonal cycles.

Summer Hall
The Summer Hall occupies the third floor of the Bium Museum in Gwangju and forms part of a thematic journey following the seasonal cycle, which begins on the fourth floor and descends gradually. Like the rest of the museum, it displays everyday objects from Korean daily life in an open-warehouse format, with densely arranged pieces that may vary in their layout. This space offers insight into how Koreans lived and worked during the warmer months.

Autumn Exhibition Hall
The Autumn Hall is located on the second floor of Bium Museum in Gwangju and showcases objects integral to Korean harvest traditions and rural life. The exhibition features grain storage jars, woven baskets (sokuris) and gourd ladles (bagaji), alongside scholars' desks and traditional writing implements. These artefacts offer insight into the everyday material culture of historical Korea, from agricultural practices to scholarly pursuits.

Winter Hall / Temporary Exhibition Hall
The Winter Hall, situated on the first floor of Bium Museum, serves as a temporary exhibition space and multipurpose venue. Unlike the other floors, it does not house a permanent thematic collection. Instead, it hosts five planned exhibition cycles throughout the year. This flexible space allows visitors to experience rotating displays and special events.

Rooftop Jangdokdae
The Jangdokdae Terrace sits atop the fifth floor of the Bium Museum, offering sweeping views across Mount Mudeung. This open-air space is centred around traditional Korean earthenware jars, which lend the terrace its distinctive character. It's worth a visit for the combination of cultural artefacts and panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape.
