Charles Stewart Parnell Monument
The Parnell Monument stands at the north end of O'Connell Street on a circular stone island in Dublin's city centre. This neoclassical sculpture honours Charles Stewart Parnell (1846–1891), the Irish nationalist leader who founded and led the Irish Parliamentary Party. The monument was unveiled on 1 October 1911, completing a project that began in 1899. It resulted from a collaboration between American architect Henry Bacon and Irish-American sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, making it a significant landmark in Dublin's political and cultural landscape.

Gresham Hotel
The Gresham Hotel stands as one of Dublin's most distinctive establishments on the upper stretch of O'Connell Street, occupying numbers 21–22 on the eastern side of what was formerly Sackville Street. Founded in 1817 from converted Georgian townhouses, it ranks among Dublin's most historically significant hotels. A visit to this storied venue offers a glimpse into the city's rich heritage and architectural character spanning over two centuries.
