Digno de visitar, sin aglomeraciones hermoso templo con algunas pinturas de tintoretto, en un barrio muy tranquilo
Fue construida en el siglo XIV y originalmente dedicada a San Cristóbal. Su nombre cambió al acoger una estatua de la Virgen hallada en un huerto. La fachada es gótica-renacentista adornada con una bonitas estatuas blancas , y en su interior hay grandes lienzos de Tintoretto, quien vivió en el barrio y está enterrado allí.
Fui en agosto en horario de visita (en la puerta está el horario) durante dos días seguidos y ninguno de los días estaba abierta…. Una gran decepción ya q para mí era una visita imprescindible en Venecia….
