Rotating Restaurant (Level 4)
The revolving restaurant sits on the fourth observation platform of the N Seoul Tower, serving French cuisine whilst you take in unobstructed 360-degree views across Seoul. It's the highest dining level in the tower, operating as N Grill, and rotates slowly to showcase the city's landscape from every angle as you eat.

Love Lock Zone
The Love Lock Zone in Namsan Park, beside the tower, has become a popular spot where couples attach coloured padlocks to the railings and garden fences as a symbol of eternal love. After securing their lock, visitors can drop the key into a designated post box on site. All proceeds from collected keys go to various NGOs supporting homeless teenagers. It's a touching ritual that combines romance with charitable giving.

OLED Panel Displays (Levels 1F, 2F and 4F)
The N Seoul Tower's OLED panel installations span floors 1F, 2F and 4F, featuring cutting-edge media art displays. Created through collaboration between LG Electronics and LG Display, the installations comprise 248 OLED panels of 55 inches each. These represent the world's first and largest media art structures of their kind using this technology. The displays showcase dynamic visual content throughout the building, offering visitors a distinctive blend of contemporary art and advanced display innovation at this iconic Seoul landmark.
