Third Infiltration Tunnel
The Third Infiltration Tunnel is one of four known tunnels dug by North Korea beneath the inter-Korean border, discovered in October 1978 just 44 km from Seoul. Reportedly designed as a surprise attack route, the tunnel runs 73 metres below ground through solid rock and stretches 1.64 km in length. Today it's a visited tourist attraction where you can descend into the passage yourself. Opening hours and tickets are available at the site entrance.

Dorasan Station
Dorasan Station is South Korea's northernmost railway station on the Gyeongui Line, located 55 km from Seoul and 205 km from Pyongyang. Though modern and fully equipped, it doesn't operate as a conventional station. Instead, it functions as a tourist attraction and symbol of Korean reunification hopes. A visit reveals the stark proximity to North Korea and the symbolic significance of this unique facility in contemporary Korean history.

JSA - Área de Seguridad Conjunta
The JSA (Joint Security Area) at Panmunjom is the only point along the Korean border where North and South Korean military forces face each other directly. Soldiers from both sides stand separated by a visible line running between the distinctive blue buildings of this remarkable enclave. Located on the old Pyongyang-Seoul road, the JSA marks the site where the 1953 armistice was signed, halting the fighting of the Korean War. A visit here offers a sobering perspective on the ongoing division of the peninsula and the tense standoff that persists today.
