La antigua Real Casa de la Moneda es un complejo industrial fundado por Felipe II en 1583 para acuñar moneda. Los tornos y fresadoras eran movidos por el agua del río Eresma, represado en el lugar. La exposición está muy bien explicada, muy didáctica, y se completa con el centro de interpretación del acueducto, que será movido al lado del mismo cuando esté terminado el nuevo edificio. Un sitio muy recomendable.

Me gustó mucho este museo. Es visita guiada merece la pena ir con tiempo y pasear por los alrededores los jardines el río todo está muy bien cuidado y muy bonito la explicación. La chica lo hizo muy bien te envuelven la historia y en aquella época

Muy bien conservado e interesante. Conocí el trabajo de Elías, herrero de 91 años que todavía hace muestras de forjado en el museo..digno de ver y de alabar.
