The Santiago de la Ribera Institutional Building is the rebuilt headquarters of the Real Club de Regatas, located in San Javier, Murcia. Originally granted to the Club in 1961, the building was completely reconstructed between 1971 and 1972 under the project of architect Fernando Garrido Rodríguez. This property represents an important part of Murcia's maritime heritage and the institutional life of this coastal town.
