The Oratorio di Santa Maria Assunta is a 16th-century chapel in Riomaggiore, also known as the Oratorio dei Disciplinati or Chiesa della Confraternita dell'Assunta. Recognisable by its distinctive white façade and orange bell tower, the building houses two notable artworks: a 14th-century wooden statue of the Madonna delle Catene and a 15th-century triptych depicting the Virgin Mary, Saint Francis and Saint John.
