Baroque Altar
The high altar of the Oratorio dei Santi Rocco e Sebastiano in Riomaggiore showcases Baroque artistry as the centrepiece of the chapel's interior. The carving of Saint Rocco distinctly bears the marks of plague upon his body, transforming this stone lintel into a direct memorial of the plague that prompted the oratory's construction.
