Manario VR Experience
Manario VR Experience is a permanent museum exhibition that opened on 29 June 2024 inside Castello di Riomaggiore. Visitors can explore the landscapes of Riomaggiore and Manarola through 20 high-tech virtual reality headsets. The seven-minute experience presents 360-degree imagery narrated by the voice of Macchiaiolo painter Telemaco Signorini, contrasting how these locations appeared when the artist first visited in 1860 with their present-day appearance. A fascinating glimpse into how these Cinque Terre villages have transformed over more than 160 years.
Panoramic Terrace
The panoramic terrace is part of the Castello di Riomaggiore and ranks among its principal attractions.
