La mayor sinagoga dentro del gueto judío de Praga, data de 1570 completándose en 1884, de estilo Barroco, se encuentra el Cementerio Judío más famoso de la ciudad.

En el corazón del barrio judio, merece la pena visitar que ya posee una variedad de artículos que demuestran el poder adquisitivo de los judios pero también ese contraste entre las clases sociales que existían aún entre ellos. Es pequeña pero con una gran historia en un privilegiado lugar (entre el cementerio y el hall ceremonial) se puede ingresar pagando 12€ que incluye la visita a unos 7 lugares más.

La Sinagoga Klausen se completó en 1884 sobre una antigua sinagoga de 1694, si bien la congregación es todavía más antigua, del siglo XVI. En 1984 fue reutilizada permanentemente como museo judío. Hoy en día, la sinagoga de Klausen es el único ejemplo de sinagoga barroca en el antiguo gueto. Está situada al lado del cementerio judío (justo a la salida) y era el lugar principal para las ceremonias de entierros.
