A 14-metre reinforced concrete statue of Neptune perches on the cliff overlooking Fegina beach. Completed in 1910, it was financed by returning emigrants from Argentina and remains one of Monterosso al Mare's most recognisable landmarks. The sculpture bore the scars of damage during the Second World War, yet has endured as an iconic symbol of the village.
