No tenía tiempo para ir hasta Arashiyama al bosque de bambú y en este templo había uno, así que entré y no me arrepiento, el jardín zen es hermoso, hay una vista linda a una pagoda, el bosque de bambú aunque es pequeño se disfruta bastante y no está masificado como en Arashiyama. Además la historia del templo es bellísima, me conmovió bastante. Fue construido por Nene (también conocida como Kōdai-in), la esposa principal de Toyotomi Hideyoshi, uno de los grandes unificadores de Japón. Tras la muerte de Hideyoshi en 1598, Nene decidió convertirse en monja budista y mandó edificar el templo como un lugar para rezar por el alma de su esposo y rendirle homenaje.
Este templo lo disfruté mucho más que los más famosos por la poca cantidad de gente y la belleza del recorrido , tiene unas estatuas que me dejaron con los pelos en punta sientes que te están mirando . Además del pequeño bosque de bambú
Un lugar de mucha importancia, ya que fue fundado por Nene, la esposa de Toyotomi Hideyoshi, uno de los padres unificadores de Japón. Ella tuvo mucha importancia en la vida política del país y posteriormente fundaría este templo, actualmente ella está consagrada aquí.
