Bamboo Forest (Gyeonggijeon)

The bamboo grove sits within the grounds of Gyeonggijeon Shrine on Taejo-ro in Jeonju's traditional village. Rather than a forest proper, it's a path lined with bamboo that creates a serene, photogenic setting. What to see here is the canopy overhead and the quiet atmosphere – you'll find far fewer visitors than in other parts of the shrine, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful walk.
