Sahn (Central Courtyard with Pool)
The rectangular courtyard of the Medersa Es-Sahrij takes its name from the distinctive pool — the sahrij — at its centre, the architectural and symbolic heart of the whole complex.

Prayer Hall with Mihrab
Located on the south side of the courtyard, this is the most solemn space in the Medersa Es Sahrij, used for worship by its students and teachers.

Onyx Foundation Plaque
This carved onyx inscription in the prayer hall records the madrasa's original name, its completion date, and the start of academic life within its walls.

Student Dormitories (Upper Floor)
The upper floor housed resident students during their studies. In total, the Medersa Es Sahrij had 26 rooms spread across both floors.

Western Courtyard with Latrines
A secondary courtyard within the Es Sahrij Medersa, smaller in scale than the main courtyard. It is accessed from the upper floor via a passage connecting the sahn to the street entrance, which also provides access to the staircase.
