Un puente curioso con bonitas vistas de la ciudad
El puente, de 165 metros de largo y 9,5 metros de ancho, consta de una calzada de 5,5 metros de ancho flanqueada por senderos de 2 metros y tiene 5 arcos. Fue el primer puente de hierro forjado construido en Suecia, fabricado por Motala Verkstad en 1861. Una característica del puente son sus dos coronas doradas situadas en el punto medio del puente. Las coronas son un símbolo de la Familia Real de Suecia.
