El museo es pequeñito, pero una auténtica maravilla. El recorrido cronológico de las salas facilita la comprensión de las piezas, ya que permite situarlas en su contexto y apreciar su evolución. El área arqueológica, visitable a través de una pasarela, destaca por su buen estado de conservación (además, se complementa con un video explicativo). El personal es muy simpático y cercano, en especial Mateo, quien se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos varias piezas de la época califal con gran detalle!! Una visita imperdible si vienes a Córdoba ❤️

Buen museo. Gratuito para ciudadanos de la UE. Tienen una disposición minimalista de objetos de la antigüedad hasta los últimos días del dominio árabe en la península ibérica (incluyendo dominio íbero, romano y visigodo). Destacan Efebos romanos de bronce, recuperados de un decomiso de tráfico ilegal y restaurados para su exhibición. También poseen una colección de distintas monedas de bronce, plata y oro. Además en el subsuelo se pueden apreciar las ruinas de un teatro romano.

Museo pequeño pero bien organizado, se encuentra sobre el teatro romano de Córdoba, interesante su recorrido y explicación de ese espacio preservado. Museo con buenas piezas. ¡Estaba vacío! Se puede disfrutar tranquilamente mientras la gente se agolpa dentro de la mezquita-catedral.
