Una auténtica maravilla este palacio muestra magistral del modernismo en Cartagena! Actualmente se puede visitar y recomiendo hacerlo de forma guiada. Las zonas comunes mantenidas están muy chulas y ambientadas en su época. Un imprescindible en la ciudad de Cartagena
Construcción de estilo modernista realizada en el año 1901 por el arquitecto Víctor Beltrí como residencia para el empresario minero Camilo Aguirre. El edificio esta formado por dos fachadas que se unen en una esquina achaflanada sobre la que se encuentra un mirador rematado por una cúpula recubierta por placas de zinc. La fachada está decorada con paneles cerámicos de estilo rococó en donde se representan motivos florales y zoomorfos. En el interior destaca el salón de baile, con decoración neorrococó y pinturas en el techo realizadas por el pintor Cecilio Pla en las que se representa una alegoría a la primera. Destaca además el despacho del mirador, el vestíbulo, la escalera imperial y el oratorio de estilo neogótico. En la actualidad alberga la sede del Museo Regional de Arte Moderno de Cartagena
