Precioso "edificio - casa" en Cartagena, evocador de Gaudí, bien conservado al menos exteriormente. Un pase por estos lares merece la pena.
Precioso edificio modernista, de 1910, del arquitecto Beltrí. Actualmente y desde hace varias décadas es el Colegio de Carmelitas . La valla que cierra el recinto y las rejas, son preciosas, al igual que el edificio. En el interior tiene un patio de estilo neonazarí. Es una pena que los árboles apenas dejan ver la fachada, el balcón y la torre adosada a la entrada principal del edificio. Fue en origen la casa de uno de tantos empresarios que hizo fortuna con la minería a finales del XIX, apellidado Zapata, pero conocido popularmente como " El tío Lobo".
Edificio modernista, con inspiraciones de todo tipo, pero que, sin duda, mejora el entorno
