Una de las más bellas fachadas modernistas de principios del siglo XX de Cartagena. Del interior no queda nada (es una entidad bancaria) pero merece la pena pararse a observar los detalles de la fachada y de la gran puerta de entrada. Como dato curioso, en los bajos del edificio se encontraba el Café España que entre sus especialidades estaban los suspiros ( dulces hechos de clara de huevo, azúcar y almendra). Estando el maestro Álvarez Alonso en la ciudad compuso una partitura a la que puso por nombre "Suspiros de España" inspirado en los dulces de ese café
Inaugurado en 1900. Modernista. La fachada es la original, el resto no o no tanto.
Gran edifico modernista, una de las obras maestras del arquitecto Victor Beltrí. Fue acabado en 1900 y es otro de los ejemplos de las casas modernistas de Cartagena que se construyeron en la época del auge la minería. Fíjate en los detalles de los balcones de mármol, en las puertas de madera y bronce...Una maravilla
