Biblioteca Pororo
Pororo Library is a children's space housed within a distinctive cylindrical building, a reconstruction of the Camp Hialeah barracks located in Busan Citizens Park. The library is themed around Pororo, an animated character widely known in South Korea as 'the president of children'. It offers a uniquely designed environment dedicated to young visitors, combining literary resources with the beloved character's universe.

Pillars of Memory
The Pilares de la Memoria are wooden utility poles salvaged from the former US military installation Camp Hialeah, now standing as a memorial within the park. These structures bear witness to decades of American military occupation of the site and symbolise the long struggle to reclaim the land for Busan's citizens. What to see here is a tangible reminder of the area's complex modern history and the community's determination to restore public access to this now-parkland.
