El Puente de la Libertad (Szabadság híd) en Budapest es una icónica estructura de metal verde de estilo Art Nouveau, inaugurada en 1896, que conecta Buda (colina Gellért) y Pest (Mercado Central) sobre el Danubio. Es famoso por sus estatuas de Turul, sus tranvías y sus vistas panorámicas, siendo un punto histórico clave. Conecta la Plaza de las Aduanas (lado Pest) con la colina Gellért (lado Buda), cerca del Hotel Gellért y el Mercado Central.
Desde mi punto de vista este es uno de los puentes más bonitos de la ciudad de Budapest. Une las dos orillas sobre el Danubio y desde el puedes cruzar para asecnder a la zona del castillo. Aunque no es el más céntrico si ofrece unas bonitas vistas de ambas orillas al atravesarlo.
Para mi este puente es el mas bonito de Budapest con un encanto indiscutible, bien conservado con una mini escultura, buenas vistas, indispensable verlo!
