Casas Gratte-Ciel (Rascacielos)
The Gratte-Ciel houses are the most distinctive type in the Cité Frugès. Built on a 5×5m module across three storeys, they culminate in a rooftop garden. The Maison municipale Frugès is the only one open to visitors.
Casas con Arcadas – Rue des Arcades nº 3
Identified by a sweeping concrete arch spanning two storeys, the Arcaded Houses on Rue des Arcades feature a covered terrace opening onto the surrounding woodland — giving the façade a striking rhythm all its own.

The Maison municipale Frugès is the only interior open to the public. This three-storey Gratte-Ciel house was restored by the city of Pessac and displays a scale model of Le Corbusier's original design.
