Main Chapel
Fully redesigned in 2000, the cathedral's chancel features a contemporary aesthetic incorporating the high altar, bishop's throne and choir stalls.

Chapel of Montserrat
One of the largest chapels in Santiago Cathedral, featuring a pointed archway, simple ribbed vaulting and a semicircular window with modern stained glass.

Gothic Cloister
The only Gothic cloister preserved in Biscay, built in the early 16th century. Its four vaulted galleries surround a central garden within a 24 x 24 metre square.

Angel Doorway
The north entrance to Santiago Cathedral's cloister, also known as the Pilgrims' Gate, it forms part of the coastal branch of the Camino de Santiago route.

Sacristy
A 16th-century Gothic-Renaissance rectangular space with three ribbed vaulted bays, notable for its vivid sky-blue painted cells and fine liturgical silverware.

Ambulatory
An exceptional semicircular passage encircling the Main Chapel, its alternating triangular and square bays follow French Gothic models and lead to seven radial chapels.
