Está magnífica construcción ubicada en la ciudad de Berlín tiene mucho que ofrecer. Además de sus bellos interiores , interminables vajillas de porcelana y exquisita arquitectura barroca, tiene tras de sí unos jardines bellísimos que emulaban a los de la corte parisina. Es verdad, que han sufrido varias reestructuraciones con diferentes estilos a lo largo del tiempo, pero aún así son magníficos. Tenemos que dar gracias de poder visitar este palacio, ya que tras el bombardeo de 1943 quedó tan dañado que lo iban a demoler. Menos mal que no lo hicieron y hoy podemos disfrutar esta magnífica obra arquitectónica y sus bellísimos jardines. Las estatuas de mujeres que hay en la entrada son de la diosa romana minerva o atenea en la cultura griega, diosa de las bellas artes y la cultura, y es muy propia la temática, ya que este palacio se construyó con este fin y lo frecuentaban poetas músicos y arroyaras de todo tipo, hasta el propio rey tenía que pedir permiso para asistir a la reina.

Palacio edificado a finales del siglo xvii como pequeña residencia campestre de la electora Sofía Carlota de Hannover, de la cual tomaría el nombre tras su muerte en 1705. Su esposo, Federico I, lo convertiría luego en un gran edificio barroco rodeado de un jardín a la francesa. En las siguientes décadas, los reyes Federico II y Federico Guillermo II lo expandirían con nuevas alas, pero el grueso de las transformaciones se concentró en los interiores. A finales del siglo xix dejó de ser residencia habitual de los Hohenzollern. Convertido en museo tras la caída de la monarquía en 1918, fue gravemente dañado por los bombardeos aliados durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. No obstante, gracias a la labor de la historiadora Margarete Kühn el edificio fue restaurado en las décadas posteriores. Actualmente es uno de los palacios prusianos más emblemáticos, además de atesorar varias colecciones provenientes de otras residencias reales desaparecidas.

Hermoso Palacio con una entrada imponente y un Jardin con lago muy lindos dónde te puedes sentar a disfrutar del sol. Tambien hay una fuente de agua. Si te gusta la historia y ver elementos historicos (sables, coronas, cuadros, utensillos etc) si paguen la entrada para ingresar. Los precios varian segun edades y grupos. Y si realizas el recorrido con audioguía o no.
