About this place
A Pisidian city set at 1,000 metres altitude within the Taurus Mountains, 30–34 km from Antalya. The site preserves an amphitheatre, temples, defensive walls and a necropolis. It famously resisted the siege of Alexander the Great. The dramatic natural setting evokes the mythical home of the Greek gods on Mount Olympus.
