Se llama así por el color de la fachada neoclásica, revocada en añil. Consta de tres plantas y forma curva. Grandes rejas en sus ventanas.
La unica casa de color distinto en Albarracín. El dueño a finales del siglo XVII la quiso pintar de azul para recordar a su Andalucía.
No aporta gran cosa. Es una casa muy amplia con la fachada pintada de azul. Bastante descuidada, con desconchones y pintadas. Si quieren que sea uno de los referentes del pueblo deberían tenerla en consideración y restaurarla, o al menos pintarla uniformemente y acondicionarla.
